Outfit is cool, it matches, but at the same time it has a lot going on. If I were to see a male in this I'd actually wouldn't mind seeing like the jeans, the belt, the sneakers, and a plain white tee. OR perhaps the tee shown, jeans, and shoes, but not the belt. Simplify it basically.
