Jay-Z′s Reebok S.Carter Lows Get Customized By Beyonce, Tyra, Fergie, and Others For Charity Auction

Jay-Z has asked some of his lady friends to put their best foot forward and help kids go to college.

Jay-Z and Reebok, his partner in the S. Carter shoe line, have solicited five celebrities to custom-design a pair of limited-edition women’s S. Carter shoes that will be auctioned off next week.

The five women include Jay-Z’s ’special’ lady friend, Beyonc, the legendary Queen Latifah, Fergie from the Black Eyed Peas, model/actress Tyra Banks, and fastly rising actress Joy Bryant.

The shoes are being auctioned off via Reebok’s RBK Web site (www.rbk.com) from noon on July 19 until 10 p.m. on July 28, with all proceeds going to the Shawn Carter Scholarship Fund, which awards scholarships to disadvantaged youth.

Beyone’s design is a simple white S. Carter shoe with pink and gray trim. Pictured in an image below, the Reebok S Carters are expected to sell for a minimum of $500 on E-bay.

Queen Latifah’s shoe is even more minimalist: It simply bears her logo on the side of a plain white shoe. The other women opted for more colorful looks, like Fergie’s red, white and deep-blue shoe with old-English-style letters along the side saying, “One World.”
