Xzibit Debuts New Dada Signature Shoes

Noted West Coast MC and host of MTV’s Pimp My Ride, Xzibit, has just revealed his latent foot fetish. The raspy voiced rapper and actor will soon be launching his own signature shoes via Dada athletic footwear manufacturer.

“Dada has always been competitive and respected and I’m excited to design and promote a shoe that represents both of us so well,” says Xzibit.

He will add his trademark silver “X” insignia to the collection, which features a variety of styles, colors and quality synthetic leather fabrics. The line, which will be called “Pimp Your Kicks,” will hit stores worldwide in August 2005.

Prices for the sneaker weren’t announced but are expected to be less than $100 per pair.

This Dada sneaker deal follows the years of success Hip Hop artist Xzibit has found in multiple genres of entertainment since his debut CD. The same success he’s found in other fields such as acting, hosting, and rapping is expected for his new, beyond Urban, fashion product.

Some other celebrities that have contributed to the Dada corporation’s success include Latrell Spreewell, Cheryl Ford, Chris Webber, Karl Malone, and Shandon Anderson.
