Fall 2008 Magic Fashion Trade Show Spells Success For Hip-Hop Clothing and Streetwear Brands

The fall 2008 Magic Fashion Trade Show was a great event for attendees of all nature. Thousands of people from the United States and other countries flooded Las Vegas, Nevada for a busy week of buying, selling, and promoting the latest brands. Hip-hop clothing site SoJones.com was in attendance with the friends over at Sneaker Culture entertainment site KicksAndChicks.com August 23rd – 26th to capture the Magic trade show for the general public in video and photograph mediums.“The event is always something I look forward to as a photographer, news reporter, and fashion creative individual. Nowhere else can I go to see all the latest fashions and put myself in a professional group of people that vary from the Revive store buyers (

http://www.revivemi.com) to rappers Soulja Boy and Jay-Z,” says the SoJones.com content manager Rodrick Rainey.
While the Fall Magic Fashion trade show was only August 25-27th this year, the event was just as packed as any other year. At a glance, you would assume over 10,000 were in attendance of the event for all categories of fashion.

Browsing the Hip-Hop clothing and street wear sections, well-known celebrities such as Paul Wall, Pusha T of rap duo The Clipse, T.I., Soulja Boy, Ben Baller, and LL Cool J were all in attendance to make sure people knew they were behind their brand. Even the elusive Rocawear Creative Director and right hand man of rap legend Jay-Z, Jameel Spencer, was seen outside the Artful Dodger clothing booth.
