Paparazzi Beat: Exotic Celeb Hot Spots and What They’re Wearing

77 degrees in the shade.
Heavenly blue sky wishes you a personal good morning.
White sandy beaches caress the soles of your feet.
Light balmy breeze refreshes you.
Sunset bids you adieu-until tomorrow.
High energy night spots await your arrival.

Your dream and mine of the perfect conditions for a luxurious getaway beach vacation. We dream of how our favorite celebrities must live. And who better than the paparazzi to get us up close and personal to get a glimpse of the experience, even if it is a few thousand miles (and many $$$$$) from us.

The celebs try to blend in with all those bodies relaxing on the exotic beaches, but they’re always spotted at the trendiest restaurants, villas, beaches or in a yacht on the ocean. Always wearing something that makes you wonder ‘is it a designer piece or a vintage favorite? Didn’t I see that on the runway?’

 

 

Just where are they jetting off to? Do they need that much luggage? What are they wearing? Where should I vacation next?

Luckily we can track down our favorite stars and expose their favorite exclusive vacation beaches and get the scoop on what they’re wearing…..or not wearing.

 

 

One option is Turtle Island in Fiji with 14 private cottages; fantastic enough for John Travolta to have his 50th B’day party with Oprah as one of his guests. For a quicker getaway try Los Cabos in Mexico, a short 2 hours from LA boasting 5 star cuisine (watch that waistline) and ultra-luxury lodging.

Then there is Ilha Grande in Brazil serving only 12 exclusive guests at a time. Be assured you will not run into anyone you know there unless they’re on the guest list. These are just a few of the hottest locations the “elite” escape to in order to recharge, refresh, re-ignite their already lux lives.

Say it, you wish you were there: me too. If so (and if the credit card charges hold up) we could take our pick of celebrity hot locations and maybe end up in a villa near Sean Combs or Denzel Washington….maybe on a yacht sailing past Fergie, Kanye or Estelle.

 

 

Donatella Versace, Janet Jackson, Denzel Washington, Jay Z and Beyonce have also been spotted at the famous Anquilla beaches in the Caribbean. Known for 33 pristine white sandy beaches set in crystal clear water, this magical place allows you to indulge in all the water sports to your heart’s content.

Of course no vacation experience is complete without taking a trip to St. Tropez in the French Riviera with the likes of Mary J. Blige,  Beyonce, Naomi Campbell, Sean Combs, Bono, Magic Johnson to name a few. This location has been famous since the 1920’s and years after  Bridget Bardot’s reign, who still lives in the area.

The French Riviera is known for its hip night spots, luxury yachts, cafes and villas and the famous or infamous thong. The French Riviera continues to be a haven for the famous celebrities and seasoned traveler to come and quench their thirst for relaxation and seclusion…..as much as the paparazzi will allow.

 

And lets not forget about South Beach Florida. Jennifer Lopez, Sean Combs, Lenny Kravitz, Madonna to name a few have been seen in South Beach enjoying the good life and working on their tans. Of course you can also get an eyeful of all the tanned buffed bodied boardwalk roller bladers you can stand. South Beach is known for its hot night spots and festive locations that will remind you there is more to life than the 5 o’clock whistle.

Of course when you are happily exhausted you can whisk away on your personal yacht to sale to a seclusion like J.Lo dose on her yacht which boasts speeds of up to 45 knots and costs $1.1 million.

 

Keep dreaming…..

We also noticed our celebs dress down and comfortable on vacay. It’s not always about high fashion, it’s about recharging and feeling free. So while the celebs look great and you may get a glimpse of fashion like Jay Z ‘s navy white rugby stripe sweater and white pants-relaxed designer look in St. Tropez or a designer hand bag carried by Nicole Ritchie,or a white mini crochet beach dress on Mary J Blige —it’s really about relaxing and letting go.

If you look closely you’ll see the celeb’s “personal down time style” that could turn out to be a mix of looks from the latest runways or beginning of the next trend. Better still…maybe the superstar is dressed very similar to you…..

 

 

 

Spring break kids get into the “exotic locale fever” each year and have been known to island hop in Hawaii, cruise South Beach, rent mansions in the Hamptons or jam at a Hip Hop concert such as the BET 9th Annual Spring Bling Break at the Riviera Beach in Florida-held jiust this past March.  Look for the 10th Annual Spring Bling next year.

Tracking the next hottest celebs, exclusive get-a-ways and fashion trends require perserverance and long lenses.  We are interested in finding the most exotic, secluded beaches and high energy night spots.  After all somewhere in the back of our minds we plan to get there.  Trends change from season to seaon.  However you can spot the “confirmed” celebrity luxury get-a-ways by how often the superstars return.  That’s their stamp of approval and our cue on where to vacation (or at least fantasize about!).

Maybe you can’t go to St. Moritz twice a year or purchase a custom couture beach wear ensemble by Chanel.  Or travel with the entire handmade, custom covered luggage collection by Louie Vuitton (of course your initials embroidered on the interior in french script).  No fear, me neither.

But we can escape the everyday dullness by following the superstars and the trendites to their favorite locations, and plan to follow their lead and vacation in similar style on a shoe string budget.

Well, maybe not exactly the same…..
