Luam, hip hop choreographer/dancer and co-founder of Wildchild Nation stated:

“I looked at my peers in the choreography industry and realized many had streetwear for sale at events and whom have a huge audience, but were missing a way to reach their fans.  We’ve built the infrastructure behind our streetwear brand to be able to provide the online distribution they were lacking. It was a natural growth of our streetwear clothing business.”

Threader connects the street dance industry with all major choreographers and entertainers, enabling the site to be a melting pot of sorts.  The site features celebrities modeling merchandise, leverages social media to create an engaging user experience, and streamlines the purchasing process.  Threader is the first e-commerce streetwear portal which achieves the goal of unifying the industry and enabling cross promotion of everyone’s fan base.

As reported previously by SoJones.com, Wildchild Nation has also collaborated with dance troupe, Dance2XS, about a month ago.  Dance2XS, the leader in international dance an entertainment talent, is their first partner to launch on the site.  Other partners that are also featured on the site are AmountBoyz, Laurieann Gibson, Tatoot and Wildchild Nation’s own streetwear brand, Wildchild.

Patrick Chen, Founder and CEO of Dance 2XS stated:

“Our large international following have asked us for ways to purchase our merchandise, but we haven’t been able to effectively manage the distribution of our streetwear until now.”

In line with the label’s mission, Wildchild Nation pushes to revitalize their consumers into self-awareness and action, referring to the Wildchild Movement, where individuals ara encouraged to explore their hidden ambitions and creativity.  Wildchild Nation will also continue to announce new partners on Threader as it grows its service offering.  Visit www.threaderstyle.com to distribute your urban clothing on Threader and www.wildchildnation.com for more info.
