Shawn Carter, rap name Jay-Z, has given help to different causes generously throughout this holiday season and his career. The “CEO of Hip-Hop” installed water pumps in Africa, gave one million dollars to the Hurricane Katrina relief efforts, and even returned to his home city of Brooklyn, New York to help people get rides to work during an MTA Union boycott.
