As a plastic surgeon, let me provide a few points of enlightenment: While we can all agree that overdone is overdone, the conclusion that &quot;exercise is the only answer&quot; to a bikini-ready tummy is only half right. Liposuction and tummy tucks are not a substitute for diet and exercise but no amount of working out can tighten skin that has been stretched out from pregnancy or prior weight gain. Another thing we can agree on is that being a celebrity doesn&#039;t guarantee that you will get the best work done. </description>
