Robin Thicke Arrested for Marijuana Possession

Singer/songwriter Robin Thicke was caught with a drug possession in New York last Friday, February 17, by patrol officers. Thicke was smoking a joint inside his Cadillac Escalade near 3rd Ave, not far from Gramercy Park. He was not alone, however he was the only one arrested and charged with possession of marijuana.

Authorities confirmed that the singer was not driving, but just sitting in a car. Thicke was arrested and the police found a small amount of marijuana on him.

Thicke was cooperative throughout the arrest, even taking pictures and signing autographs for the officers. He was released after receiving a desk appearance ticket. The singer’s arrest happened as he’s scheduled to promote his fifth album, Love After War, which dropped back in December.
