Soulja Boy Mans Up to… be Evicted?

Hopped up out the bed, turned my swag on…

took a look at the economy and woke up! yeahhhhhhh I got evicted, ohhhhh!

Ok I confess, that’s not really how the song goes. And it’s probable he’s still living there, but Soulja Boy’s (real name DeAndre Cortez Way) allegedly facing eviction from an L.A. home he rents due to about $10,000 in unpaid rent and for having more than 10 guests fill up the guest parking lot at his place.

TMZ reported a letter from the landlord:

“We have received complaints of noise disturbances and guests wandering the hallway and Observation Deck. This is a direct violation of your Lease Agreement.”

“Additionally, we were notified that you had over 10 cars parked in guest parking on the evening of September 25th. This is a violation of your lease which states, ‘You may have no more than two overnight guests at a time unless we provide specific approval.’”

To add insult to injury, Mr. Way was arrested last week after he ran from cops investigating complaints made about the shooting of his latest music video in Georgia.

But of course, Soulja Boy is not one to take itt lying down from his landlord! So he made a video just to show you how he’s livin’ it up…

so Soulja Boy got them stacks on deck, we get it…but is the rent paid?
