Latin Singer Thalia Finds K-Mart Jewelry Line To Have Lead In It

Sexy Latin singing artist Thalia is facing an investigation by the state of California for claims about her jewelry line containing lead or lead compounds. This lead or lead compound created jewelery could pose a serious health hazard to those wearing it.

Thalia’s accessory jewelry line, which is sold exclusively at K-Mart stores, is under major scrutiny from authorities due to the fact her jewelry should come with a warning label. A label that warns her jewelry was created from materials that can cause birth defects and, or cancer.

Thalia, who’s debut, crossover single “I want You” featuring hiphop artist Fat Joe was a hit, has not let these allegations interfere with her other business ventures. Her Latin singing career is still as strong as ever and Thalia still finds time to act in a soap opera. On the retail side of her businesses, Thalia also has a latin catering, self-titled magazine.

K-Mart executives would not comment on the situation when interviewed by reporters but their representative did say “K-mart will voluntarily remove jewelry items identified by the State of California as possibly containing harmful amounts of lead.”

K-Mart employees across the nation reported that an internal memo demanded that their silver-star Thalia bracelets be removed from all K-Mart stores due to the possible lead content. Since this memo, Thalia’s jewelry in K-Mart stores not coversated with, were found to be put on sale. The K-Mart website also put the jewelry on sale.

No comments from Thalia have been made on these accusations.
