Baby Phats Kimora Lee Launches Diamond Diva

Kimora Lee Simmons has not slowed down for the holiday season. Instead, she has fast forwarded into yet another business venture of her own, Diamond Diva Jewelry.

Launched at Bloomingdales on December 2nd (2004), Diamond Diva captivated the attention of all viewers within viewing distance. Rings, pendants, ear rings, necklaces, bracelets, and watches were all included in the jewelry showcasing at the major high-end retail store.

Photographs were taken throughout the day by media journalists and photographers as the launch was somewhat of a secret throughout it’s planning. Many media related business wanted exclusive coverage of the presentation of Diamond Diva Jewelry, even though only a handful got the launch information in time to send media specialists out.

Russell Simmons was also on board for the unveiling of the new Diamond Diva Jewelry collection. In photos he can be seen smiling at the success his wife has once again deservingly acquired and added to a list of previous accomplishments in 2004.

Groups of women who find themself as today’s definition of a “Diva” were at the ceremony excitedly waiting for the jewelry collections to become available via retail, with credit cards, cash, and checks ready to spend. Age ranges were quite dense as Divas of the past, present, and future were on hand, a lot of which were dressed in Baby Phat.

While no comments were collected from Bloomingdale’s on the release event, from the photos provided on BabyPhat.com, it’s obvious it was a successful event. Bloomingdale’s was packed with shoppers and spectators during the Diamond Diva Jewelry unveiling ceremony.
