DrJays Hip-Hop Clothing Store Relaunches StreetStyle Fashion Community
Hip-Hop clothing seems to continue profitting during America’s recession. Brands such as Rocawear, Coogi, LRG, Sean John, Baby Phat,Todd Smith, and G-Unit continue to thrive through the United States’ hard times. These clothing brands are finding international interests that were once perceived unreachable. Combine that growth with the Internet, digital cameras, and a popular Hip-Hop clothing store DrJays, and you get ′Street Style′.
DrJays on-line, a subsidiary of the New York City Store Chain, helps push the borders of Hip-Hop entertainment by launching StreetStyle.com.
DrJays is definitely a legend when it comes to the Hip-hop clothing world on-line. Mauricio Rubio, the believed founder, was a visionary that not even the store chain owners could understand. Street Style will be big. I founded the first Hip-Hop clothing site and regularly participated Street Style before it became a sole estate. Street Style as site will be big,” says RodricK Rainey, founder of Hip-Hop fashion history site, urb1.com.
Street Style, a photo gallery community, was originally launched by DrJays before 2006. The on-line Hip-Hop clothing store removed the community from the DrJays.com domain to the dismay of many regular visitors. Many popular faces on the board, such as Timothy De La Ghetto, went on to become popular YouTube and Myspace personalities.
Past community members and new trendy urban consumers with digital cameras can join the Street Style community at www.StreetStyle.com. It was re-launched in June 2008 as a completely self-sufficient site.
Those interested in learning about the DrJays store chain and website can visit Hip-Hop fashion history site Urb1.com.
Other top Hip-Hop Clothing shops on-line include ManAlive.com and KarmLoop.com. Discounts for both can be found on SoJones.com, the on-line stores page.
The Top Urban and Hip-Hop fashion community discussion board on-line since 2001 remains on www.SoJones.com.
