Dr Jays, a hiphop fashion retailer that opened in 1975 has been one of the most outstanding stores of its kind since opening in the “South South Bronx”. Hosting a variety of hiphop and R&B videos, photo shoots, and more, Dr Jays is more than a hiphop fashion landmark name, it is a part of Hip Hop music and fashion history.

With probably the largest selection of clothing online, Dr Jays has beat out competitors prices for some time now. And the hidden fact is, if you live in NYC, the prices are even cheaper in the store than it is online. A true salute to hiphop culture, not falling in with the crowd of dealers profitting like vultures off the poorest culture generally recognized in the United States.

The latest news on Dr Jays is something of a new nature. The store itself has long had a detailed and sometimes exclusive footwear collection for men and women. Now, the online site www.qksrv.net has finally added that collection to the available online retail merchandise.

The shoe collection available started with selections from Reebok’s S.Carter, G-Unit, NBA Downtime, and Classic collections. In the Nike category they Shoxs, Commanders, Huraches, and more. And while Timberland boots were already on the site, they also added the classic Chuck Taylor shoes which are also now a branch of Nike.

If you aren’t familiar with Dr Jays, Urb1 suggests you get familiar, especially if you aren’t in the northeast sector of the United States. All other coasts get clothing late as clothing goes from the Northeast, to the Midwest, to the West, to the South in a lot of cases. In simple terms it means you can get things way before other Hip Hop clothing shoppers in your area.
