Urb1 Fashion Show 9 Days Away

The 1st Urb1 Fashion Show is this Saturday, September 25th, and the show’s debut is highly anticipated by designers, hiphop celebrities, and the streets that gave birth to the culture. And with only 2078 seats available at the show, Urb1 is hoping that is sells out and gives birth to a new hiphop fashion era in the south.

The event, which takes place on September 25th at Greenville, South Carolina’s Palmetto Expo Center. Doors will open to the public at 12:45pm. An autographing and photo session will kick off the event at 1pm. The official place of stay is the Hyatt Regency, in downtown Greenville.

At the autographing session will be Rocafella / Diplomat recording artists Juelz Santana, Unkasa, and Bezel.

Juelz Santana, besides autographing, will also be showcasing his clothing line “Juelz Collection” for the public’s viewing. Sold exclusively at his store in Harlem, New York currently, the manager of his store, Miss D, will also be at the show with a booth, selling Juelz’s clothing to visitors.

You may recognize Unkasa from his current BET video “Purple City Byrd Gang” featuring himself, Jim Jones, and Sheist Bub. Bezel, who did the chorus for Jim Jones’ current video and radio hit “Certified Gangstaz”, has yet to release any music himself on the national distribution market.

From Interscope Records (major record label), will be Tito 6, an upcoming artist from Flint, Michigan that will have a video released by Interscope in the later part of the year according to researched sources.

Hiphop Teen music sensation CashFlow, also from Harlem, New York, will be signing autographs as he’s stopping during his current touring for the fashion show. As an artist, the young rhyme-spitter has done shows on every coasts with artist from Bad Boy’s Loon to DTP’s Chingy.

Cell Spitfire from Maryland, an internet artist Urb1 picked up on around 2002, will also be in attendance, signing autographs and performing.

Along with Cell Spitfire, Unkasa, Bezel, Tito 6, and possibly GNEISS, an R&B group from Charlotte (NC) will be performing live at the show. This gives a bonus value to the show as it will have concert features at different points of the show.

More artists and celebrities may show up to the event, but these are the only of those that have made arrangements with Urb1.

Besides the HipHop music portion of the Urb1 Fashion Show, there will be over 10 of the hottest underground hiphop clothing lines in attendance and showcasing their line for spectators to enjoy viewing on either 2 large screen projection monitors or watch in real-time as Urb1 will have a 48foot runway extending out into the crowd. Some designers will also be selling their clothing along with other hiphop market vendors, such as Urb1 Magazine and Road 2 Stardom jersey company. Road 2 Stardom, has also put up a deal with Urb1 where they will offer their High school jersey collection to onlookers for $35, versus the normal $100 retail.
