Tupac’s Sister, Set Shakur, Announces Clothing Line

Tupac Shakur’s sister, Set Shakur, has announced the fall 2006 launch of her own urban clothing line, Madameveli.
Madameveli is a high fashion urban line, which will feature items like: garter miniskirts, bustier/gaucho cat suits, corset-style tops, hip-hugging suit pants with suspenders, French terrycloth knickers, denim jackets, etc.
“Mademeveli line is so much more than just sexy clothing!” said shakur,” my mission is for women to wear Madameveli clothing as their protective gear anytime they need to feel fabulous, fearless and untouchable “without dispute.”

The name of the line is a spin on Tupac’s alias, Makaveli, but Set’s line will expose the female ego of the Makavelian persona, according to a spokesperson for the new line.
“Madamveli is Sekaya’s baby. We are all the same family.” A spoke-person for Makaveli-Branded told Urb1.
Set’s personal style and Madameveli mark has been seen by millions of viewers of BET Style, The Wendy Williams Experience, and the VH1 Hip Hop Honors, and Hip Hop Hall of Fame and Source Awards shows.
