Mishka (Мишка) NYC is a fresh and funky clothing collection featuring quality clothes and bright colors and graphics. The line, started in 2004 by founders Greg Rivera and Mikhail Bortnik, first thought of a brilliant idea of creating a nouveau streetwear line featuring a bear mop logo.

Staying true to its roots, Mishka NYC is obviously inspired by everything New York – most notably the famous “Trouble and Bass” musicians. Its exceptional “tongue-in-cheek” aesthetics, bold colors and logo in incomprehensible text are just some of the many things that appeal to fans.

Mishka NYC’s collection is diverse. Pieces range from men’s tees (Summer 09, Hallelujah Spring, Actual Pain Summer 09, and Online Exclusive collections), Caps (New Era Fitteds and Snapbacks), Shirts, tops, Hoodies, Knits, Jackets, Outerwears, Denims, Pants, shorts, accessories, toys, kaijus, music skins and cheap seats; and women’s shirts and cut and sews.

From its humble beginnings, Mishka was able to open its first flagship store – based in nowhere else but New York – last March 2009.
