With deep inspiration from captivating reggae music and its heritage, Riddim Driven arose in 2005, established by Patricia Chin, the co-founder of VP Records. With Riddim Driven, the new reggae fashion is introduced to a higher-fashion, leaving past the norms of reggae colors like yellow, green, red and black. Riddim Driven moves to produce a collection of apparel with comfortable couture feeling in their t-shirts, hoodies and jackets.

The brand’s latest collection consists of heritage inspired garments divided into two classifications – the first inspired by Ska for a more rocker fashion forward look while the second classification gives a closer look on modern military. The first classification reveals a set of street wear, prided by the sounds and culture of Ska-music. The modern military look breathes life for war-like fashion while implementing the culture of rebellious youth.

Riddim Driven’s clothing collection consists of colorful but simple sophisticated designed t-shirts, classic but chic, button-down shirts, rocker but exquisitely and impressively detailed hoodies and jackets as well as basic suspender pants and cool cardigans and crew necks. Inspired by catchy reggae music, Riddim Driven’s starlight has been shining since it was first established. Big magazines such as Antenna, YRB, Vibe, Billboard, Woofin, XX, DNR, Maxim, Source and Hip Hop Weekly took turns featuring different jackets from the brand. Not only that, musicians like Terrence J and Yung La have all sported the Riddim Driven apparel during their shows. The show “So You Think You Can Dance” also wore the brand’s clothes in one episode and in the music video “Arab Money” by Busta Rhymes, most dancers were also wearing Riddim Driven outfits.
