The Rocksmith label was founded in 2002 by a Tokyo-based DJ crew – The Life Entertainment – who dotes on late 80’s and early 90’s hip hop. With the worldwide recognition that the label has received, the founders teamed up with Kilo International in 2004 to distribute the goods internationally.
The label’s ability to fuse their eclectic styles and bring together the fashion philosophies of trendy Tokyo and neo New York , are just one of the many things that make them a fan favorite. True enough, it is “the ultimate Mixtape of classic & futuristic cuts, fabrics, music styles and attitudes.”
Rocksmith boasts of a number of trendy outerwear collections, including the Mixtape collection, which features the Snakeskin Hoody, Zebra M65 Jacket, Slash Windbreaker, Zebra Windbreaker, Double Cross Quilted Hoody, Allante Tartan Hoody, Triple Beam Hoody, New Allante Crew, Allante Bubble Jacket, Waffle House Jacket, and the Kobra Kai Varsity.
The Vinyl & Wax Collection, on the other hand, boasts of the D-Block Hoody, New Wave Hoody, Allante Baracuda Jacket, Allante Reversible Vest, Rich Boy Hoodie, Raising Hell Jacket, Boombox Windbreaker, Kool Mo Hoody, Slash Windbreaker Jacket, and the Ultra Magnetic.
As for the Dynasty Collection, it has the Bucktown Hoody, Double Cross Hoody, New Money Hoody, 808 Bass Crewneck, Tree Burner Flannel, Slash Windbreaker, Speakerbox Windbreaker, Speakerbox Flight Jacket, Speakerbox Field Jacket, Harlem Velour Crew, Leather Slash Hoody, Roc-Optic Satin Varsity, Rock the Spot Hoody, Sno Life Jacket and the Polar Bass Zip-Up under its belt.
