Lindsay Lohan is the new face of Fornarina.

Lino, as his father before him, was and is a highly creative and ambitious man. Under his lead, Fornarina grew even more. Lino expanded the label’s shoe collections, and in 1998, launched a new line of clothing and jeans. Today Lino’s lateral thinking and innovative style are reflected in Fornarina’s success. More than 60% of the label’s global sales are now credited to the garment lines introduced by Lino. Furthermore, Fornarina has become a retail giant with over 54 flagship stores that sell top quality footwear and garments in major cities of the world such as London, Rome, Moscow, Los Angeles, Stockholm and Antwerp.
Today Fornarina continues to grow by recuiting celebrities like Lindsay Lohan to promote the brand. The brand has even launched a Lindsay Special clothing line for their Spring/Summer 2009 ad campaign. Lindsay Lohan featured in a surrealistic Fornarina TV commercial created a big buzz. Scott Ronaldson, managing director of Fornari Retail, explains why such a controversial celebrity was chosen to represent Fornarina. “Lindsay is that very self-confident, dynamic woman, she’s got a lot of attitude.
