Frankie B. is a one of a kind lifestyle brand. The garments and accessories created at Frankie B. are not just soulless commercial items produced with the single petty aim of generating profit. They reflect the unique and highly fashion forward spirit of Daniella Clarke, the founder of Frankie B.
Although, Daniella Clarke started her designing career at the age of 30, she always had a mad passion for fashion and denim. In fact, she started experimenting with her mother’s wardrobe at an early age, cutting and sewing her own original style. Daniella Clarke’s influenes ranges from different cultures to music and fashion idols Halston and Elsa Klensch. Daniella thinks that “fashion will always be inspired by music because to me musicians represent everyone’s fantasy of freedom and rebellion. Who doesn’t secretly want to be a rock star or at least look like one?”
Daniella founded Frankie B. in 1999, right after a tour with her rock star husband, former Guns N’ Roses guitarist Gilby Clarke. While on tour, she was constantly complimented on her original self-made jeans. Daniella realized her potential as a fashion designer and launched Frankie B. The brand was named after her beloved daughter and succeeded conquering the world of fashion by storm.

Daniella’s talent is highly appreciated in the industry. In 2004, she and Frankie B. were awarded the MAFI Fashion Innovator of the Year Award for contributions to the fashion industry. Moreover, Daniella is a true philanthropist, in 2007 she was presented with a Media Award from Y-Me National Breast Cancer Organization for her support and dedication to the charity.
