Owlita's Designer and Founder Ashley Doty

Created out of love for nature, animals and Native folklore, Owlita started in the fall of 2007, with designer Ashley Doty. It began in the kitchen of her house and despite the disapproval of her roommates; Ashley Doty created feather creations with her backyard as her inspiration. Still a beginner in the fashion industry, humble Ashley Doty conducts production of Owlita in the garage of her parents’ house in Portland, Oregon.
