True Love and False Idols
True Love and False Idols from SoJones.com
Mash up Hip-Hop, punk rock and art and what do you get? True Love and False Idols. It’s not a new idiom, it’s a new superhip boutique-minded designer streetwear from Los Angeles. Capturing the spirit and vision of fashion, design, art, music and pop culture, True Love and False Idols (TLFI) pays homage to its roots which showcases the vision and culture of its west coast artist community.
The streetwear label has collaborated with renowned tattoo artist and painter, Henry Lewis, graffiti artist, Pose MSK/7th letter, designer/artist Munk One and underground hip hop act, The Get Busy Committee. Some of their artsy pieces have been worn by the likes of Lil Jon and E! Entertainment Channel’s Sal Masakela.
