SoJonesTV caught up with Desi Green of Crash & Burn Clothing to discuss their line and style direction for their summer 2009 line.

Desi shares with us:

• Her take on the latest trends for the upcoming season
• Their update on the traditional ladies T-shirt
• Style variations that include “vintage and bling”

Shop Crash & Burn

In the interview, Desi gives examples of Crash & Burn’s new style update to the baby T.  Their tees feature a longer length and a v-neck cut for Summer 2009.  Below is the Anchor Roses Auburn V-neck tee, which features an anchor and roses graphics print and sells for $69.00.  One of the unique features that Desi highlighted is that all of the Tees are available with ‘bling’ or vintage style with no ‘bling’.

In keeping with current trends, their Tees are designed to be worn with leggings and skinny jeans.  One of their more popular tees is the Aubrey Wings Tee.  This T-shirt features a longer length,  and butterfly detailed wings on the back of the Tee in vintage style or with rhinestones.  This tee also goes for $69.00.

Crash & Burn’s designs take inspiration from tattoo culture.  Their Homeward Bound Tee, features tattoo detailing along the sides of the shirt.  The back features a vintage ship that gives off the feel of pirates beginning their long journey home.  This tee retails for $69.00.
