These power suits aren’t for the office!

Celebs like Karlie Kloss, Jennifer Lopez, and more stepped out this month in tailored ensembles that were a perfect mix of business and party. From TV appearances to New York Fashion Week shows, their style M.O. was “suiting on steroids” – that is, office wear infused with a heavy dose of glamour and sex appeal. Whether that’s through the addition of skin-revealing cutouts or an abundance of sequins, these pantsuits are definitely not your ordinary business attire!

Keep scrolling to see how they made dressing for work a bit more fun and sexy.

Karlie Kloss And Elaine Welteroth

Karlie Kloss calls this outfit that she wore to the Tom Ford show during NYFW her “little black power suit.” It consists of a blazer with velvet lapels, teamed with sequined palazzo pants (swipe to see another angle) and a plunging top.

Elaine Welteroth was spotted out in New York as well sporting an eye-catching pink plaid pantsuit by Area. She shared a carousel on her Instagram captioned in part, “Business woman in the front, party girl in the back.” Swipe to see a photo of the back, which features a cutout on the jacket and crystal-embellished slits on the pants. Party indeed!

Jennifer Lopez And Lori Harvey

Jennifer Lopez attended the Raising Latina Voices event wearing a white Fendi jacket, backless gilet, and trouser combo that was a perfect blend of sharp and sexy! The jacket and gilet come in a set that retails for $3,590 on Fendi’s website, while the pants are $980.

Lori Harvey also managed to look oh-so-sexy in a suit when she wore this army-green suede set by Tom Ford – without a shirt – to the label’s fashion show.

Ana De Armas And Alexandra Daddario

Ana de Armas dazzled during an appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert wearing a Brunello Cucinelli three-piece pantsuit rendered entirely in sequins.

Alexandra Daddario, meanwhile, gave her Michael Kors pinstriped pantsuit a dose of sex appeal when she paired it with a one-shoulder crop-top for the brand’s NYFW show.

Naomi Watts And Olivia Wilde

Naomi Watts headed out in New York City looking vibrant in a blue polka-dot blazer and cutout jumpsuit combo by Magda Butrym (swipe for a full shot). Both items are available on the brand’s website. The jacket is $2,065 and the jumpsuit is $1,475.

Finally, Olivia Wilde was spotted out in NYC as well wearing a bright red suit by Kwaidan Editions, injecting a bit of sexiness by opting out of a shirt.
