Celebs Are Getting Into The Holiday Spirit With Ugly Christmas Sweaters

Maria Menounos made an appearance on Live with Kelly and Ryan last week to promote her new movie, The Holiday Dating Guide. She was on theme in the Tipsy Elves Christmas Tree Tassel Sweater (on sale for $59.95 on the brand’s website), which she teamed with black leather shorts from Alice + Olivia and red ankle boots by Jimmy Choo (swipe to see).

Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest were looking festive themselves in matching Naughty or Nice Reversible Sequin Sweaters, also from Tipsy Elves (and on sale as well for $89.95).

Over the weekend, Chrissy Teigen hosted a holiday party wearing a white cardigan adorned with Christmas trees and wreaths, which she finished off with red leggings, bedazzled pink pumps by Manolo Blahnik, a poofy hairstyle, and bold makeup.

For a recent TikTok video, Charli D’Amelio wore a colorful item from Tipsy Elves, the Stocking Stuffer Sweater.

While out on a coffee date with husband Ben Affleck in Santa Monica early this month, Jennifer Lopez was looking Christmassy in a Valentino logo sweater teamed with black sweatpants and Brunello Cucinelli hiking boots. But as early as November, she already kicked off the holiday season when she wore a black Ralph Lauren Fair Isle cashmere sweater on a night out with the hubby. She completed the look with a tulle maxi skirt, also by Ralph Lauren.

To be fair, not all Christmas sweaters are ugly. Case in point: the Princess of Wales. In a video released by Kensington Palace in mid-December, Kate Middelton was looking festive and elegant in a Fair Isle turtleneck sweater by British brand Holland Cooper while decorating her Christmas tree.

As for Mindy Kaling, the pic below was actually taken during Thanksgiving but her sweater definitely checks all the Christmas sweater boxes, right?
