The Sons of Liberty is actually a political group made up of American Patriots who hails from the pre-independence North American British colonies. Their primary role was to provoke change as to how the British government treated the Colonies. They made this possible by attacking the apparatus and symbols of the British authority and power. Through both words and deeds, they were able to change things.
